Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Payments are one-off, so there is nothing to cancel: access simply lasts until the end of the paid period and is not renewed automatically. You may also refuse the Service earlier and get a refund of the unused part.
What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is processed via YooKassa (ЮKassa). Provider: Korenkova M.I., INN 7729 8445 7520, self-employed (NPD), Moscow. VAT is not charged. Cards (including MIR where available) and other methods shown in checkout.
Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can buy any other plan at any time — the new plan and its limits take effect immediately after payment.
Is there a free trial?

Yes! All new users get 3 free requests per day. You can try Solf-ai before subscribing.
How are requests counted?
▼
A request is counted when it is sent. If it fails on our side (error or timeout), it is returned to your balance automatically. If you stop the answer yourself before it starts being displayed, the request is returned for the first 3 stops per day; later stops on the same day are counted. Once the answer starts being displayed it cannot be stopped. Details are in the

Is the payment recurring? Can I get a refund?

Payments are one-off — there is no auto-renewal and we do not store your card. You may refuse the Service at any time and get a refund of the unused part (Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Act). If paid access was not activated through our fault, we refund in full. Requests: Telegram @vwirex, answer within 10 days.
Paid plans are available to users aged 18+.
